The Server Information interface is available on the right-hand side of the cPanel account home page, under the Server Information menu item.
This menu item displays information about your account and the server hosting your account. On this screen, you can find the server’s cPanel & WHM version, Apache details, and information about other services available in your account.
Server Information
The Server Information table displays the following details:
Hosting package – The hosting package assigned to the account. The hosting package used by the account determines its limits, such as the email account quota or monthly bandwidth quota. To change your hosting package, contact customer support or change your package through the Rackhost admin interface.
Server name – The name of the server hosting the account.
cPanel version – The version of cPanel & WHM running on the account’s server.
Apache version – The version of Apache used by the account.
MySQL version – The version of the MySQL® or MariaDB database software on the server.
PostgreSQL version – The server version of the PostgreSQL® database software.
Architecture – The processor architecture of the server hosting the account.
Operating system – The type of operating system used by the server hosting the account.
Shared IP address – The shared IP address of the account. This IP address will always be a public IP address.
Path to Sendmail – The absolute file path to Sendmail.
Path to Perl – The absolute file path to Perl.
Perl version – The version of Perl on the server hosting the account.
Kernel version – The kernel version of the server hosting the account.
Service Information
The Service Information table displays the following status details for the individual services on the server:
Service – The name of the service.
Details – Information about the current status of the service on the server.
Status – An icon indicating the current status of the service. The green tick icon indicates that the service is running.
